S’mores Seven Layer Bars

Description

Delightful bars combining classic s’mores flavors with layers of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows, finished off with condensed milk.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish to prevent the bars from sticking.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a solid crust.
  3. Layer the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and nuts (if you choose to add them) on top of the graham cracker layer.
  4. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the entire surface of the layered ingredients.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown and the chocolate has melted.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve at room temperature or warm with ice cream or hot fudge. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
