Description
Delightful bite-sized pizza rolls filled with mozzarella, pepperoni, and marinara, topped with garlic butter.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Pepperoni slices
- Mozzarella cheese
- Herbed marinara sauce
- Garlic (minced)
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Italian herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a few slices of pepperoni, a spoonful of marinara sauce, and a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them to seal tightly.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic. Brush over the top of the rolls.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

These rolls are perfect for dipping into marinara sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
