Description

Delightful bite-sized pizza rolls filled with mozzarella, pepperoni, and marinara, topped with garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Herbed marinara sauce
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Italian herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Place a few slices of pepperoni, a spoonful of marinara sauce, and a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them to seal tightly.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic. Brush over the top of the rolls.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs if desired.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These rolls are perfect for dipping into marinara sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
