  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, marinate the chicken in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper for seasoning. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip each marinated chicken breast into the egg mixture, ensuring a thorough coating. Transfer the chicken to the breadcrumb mixture.
