Description
A refreshing and easy-to-make slushie that captures the essence of summer with sweet watermelon and a hint of salty spice from Tajin.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Watermelon, cut into chunks
- 1–2 teaspoons Tajin seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 2 cups Ice
- Agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove the seeds.
- Blend the watermelon chunks until smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute.
- Add lime juice and Tajin seasoning to the blender and blend again until well combined.
- Mix in the ice and blend until it reaches a slushy consistency.
- Serve immediately in a glass, garnished with extra Tajin on the rim.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for 1-2 days. May need to be blended again to regain slushy texture.
