- 1 package of Jello mix (flavor of your choice)

Instructions
- Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh, leaving the rind intact.
- Prepare the Jello according to the package instructions, substituting some cold water with fresh watermelon juice if desired.
- Pour the Jello mixture into the empty watermelon halves, leaving a bit of space at the top.
- Refrigerate the filled watermelon halves until the Jello is fully set, about 4 hours, then cut into cups and serve with whipped cream.
