Ingredients

  • 1 package of Jello mix (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 cup of water
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh, leaving the rind intact.
  2. Prepare the Jello according to the package instructions, substituting some cold water with fresh watermelon juice if desired.
  3. Pour the Jello mixture into the empty watermelon halves, leaving a bit of space at the top.
  4. Refrigerate the filled watermelon halves until the Jello is fully set, about 4 hours, then cut into cups and serve with whipped cream.

Notes
