Description
A delightful sandwich combining leftover turkey, savory stuffing, and tart cranberry sauce between buttery bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 4 oz turkey slices
- 1/4 cup stuffing
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread cranberry sauce on one slice of bread.
- Layer turkey slices on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Add a generous amount of stuffing over the turkey.
- Place another slice of bread on top.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Pairs well with potato chips or a salad. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
