Turkey Stuffing and Cranberry Sandwich

Description

A delightful sandwich combining leftover turkey, savory stuffing, and tart cranberry sauce between buttery bread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 oz turkey slices
  • 1/4 cup stuffing
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread cranberry sauce on one slice of bread.
  2. Layer turkey slices on top of the cranberry sauce.
  3. Add a generous amount of stuffing over the turkey.
  4. Place another slice of bread on top.
  5. Butter the outside of the sandwich.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Pairs well with potato chips or a salad. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
