Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the seeds to create a boat shape.

  3. Add optional toppings such as diced celery, chopped pickles, or a sprinkle of paprika.
  4. Spoon the tuna mixture into the cucumber halves and serve immediately.
