- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
- Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated salmon on the grill, cooking for 4-5 minutes per side or until it reaches 145°F.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For best results, allow the salmon to marinate longer and ensure the grill is properly preheated.
