- 6 eggs

Instructions
- Sautéing the Veggies: In a large skillet, sauté the diced onions and bell peppers until softened, around 5 minutes.
- Mixing the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season them with salt and pepper.
- Cooking the Eggs: Pour the eggs into the skillet with the sautéed onions and bell peppers. Scramble them until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
- Combining the Filling: Add the cooked sausage or bacon to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Assembling the Burritos: Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the egg mixture among them evenly. Sprinkle cheese generously on top.
- Rolling the Burritos: Carefully roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides.
- Wrapping for Freezing: Wrap each burrito in foil or plastic wrap and place them in a freezer-safe bag.
- Storing: Store the burritos in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Heating Up: To heat, remove from the freezer, unwrap, and microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
