- 1 lb ground beef or chicken
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or chicken until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water to the skillet. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- While the meat cooks, warm the tortillas on a Blackstone griddle or skillet.
- Fill each tortilla with the meat mixture and top with diced tomatoes, lettuce, onions, cheese, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
