- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream and chopped strawberries gently until incorporated.
- Spread the strawberry lemonade mixture over the crust evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
