Description

A wonderfully refreshing dessert combining sweet strawberries and tangy lemons with a creamy texture, perfect for warm days and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan to form a crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and chopped strawberries gently until incorporated.
  4. Spread the strawberry lemonade mixture over the crust evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
