A refreshing no-bake dessert that combines strawberries and lemon for a burst of summer flavors.

- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup lemonade
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package graham crackers
Instructions
- Combine the sliced strawberries with lemon juice and lemonade. Set aside.
- Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Layer graham crackers in a baking dish, followed by whipped cream and the strawberry-lemonade mixture. Repeat layers and finish with whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve garnished with fresh strawberries.
Notes
For best results, chill the heavy cream and mixing bowl before whipping. Substitute strawberries with other fruits if desired.
