Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert that combines strawberries and lemon for a burst of summer flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced strawberries with lemon juice and lemonade. Set aside.
  2. Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a baking dish, followed by whipped cream and the strawberry-lemonade mixture. Repeat layers and finish with whipped cream.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Slice and serve garnished with fresh strawberries.

Notes

For best results, chill the heavy cream and mixing bowl before whipping. Substitute strawberries with other fruits if desired.
