- 2 cups Fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup Goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 cup Toasted almonds, chopped
- 4 cups Mixed greens or spinach
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, diced avocado, and toasted almonds.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
- Before serving, sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the top of the salad for a creamy finish.
