Description

A refreshing salad combining sweet strawberries, creamy goat cheese, and crunchy almonds, perfect for a light meal or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1 cup Toasted almonds, chopped
  • 4 cups Mixed greens or spinach
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, diced avocado, and toasted almonds.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the top of the salad for a creamy finish.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Best enjoyed fresh; store leftovers separately if needed.
