- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the strawberry pie filling into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture over the pie filling. Next, sprinkle the dry strawberry cake mix evenly over the top and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the center is set. Let cool slightly before serving, topping with fresh strawberries if desired.
