- 2 racks beef back ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix together the brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the beef back ribs.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C). Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Return the ribs to the oven and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
- Slice and serve with extra barbecue sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, finish the ribs on the grill after baking.
