Description

Tender and flavorful beef back ribs coated in a sweet and savory barbecue sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 racks beef back ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix together the brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the beef back ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  5. Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C). Brush with barbecue sauce.
  6. Return the ribs to the oven and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve with extra barbecue sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, finish the ribs on the grill after baking.
