Delicious and healthy egg white bites packed with spinach and feta, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 6 Egg whites
- 1 cup Fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Whisk together the egg whites, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Sauté the fresh spinach in olive oil over medium heat until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
- Fold the sautéed spinach and crumbled feta cheese into the egg white mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tins, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from tins and serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture. Can be frozen for later use.
