Description

Delicious and healthy egg white bites packed with spinach and feta, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 6 Egg whites
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together the egg whites, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Sauté the fresh spinach in olive oil over medium heat until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Fold the sautéed spinach and crumbled feta cheese into the egg white mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tins, filling each about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from tins and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture. Can be frozen for later use.
