- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add crushed tomatoes and vodka to the skillet. Simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the alcohol to cook off.
- Lower the heat; stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
