  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Scoop dough balls onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
