Description

Delightful breakfast tacos filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon or spicy chorizo, topped with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon or chorizo
  • ½ cup Salsa
  • 1 Avocado
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in another skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Construct the tacos by placing scrambled eggs onto each tortilla.
  4. Add toppings of shredded cheese, bacon or chorizo, and salsa.
  5. Garnish tacos with avocado slices and cilantro.
  6. Serve warm with a side of hot sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers separately in airtight containers for freshness. Reheat before serving.
