- 4 Flour tortillas
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup Cooked bacon or chorizo
- ½ cup Salsa
- 1 Avocado
- ¼ cup Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Warm the flour tortillas in another skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Construct the tacos by placing scrambled eggs onto each tortilla.
- Add toppings of shredded cheese, bacon or chorizo, and salsa.
- Garnish tacos with avocado slices and cilantro.
- Serve warm with a side of hot sauce.

Store leftovers separately in airtight containers for freshness. Reheat before serving.
