  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done.
  2. In a bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until well blended.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Add the bell peppers and broccoli to the skillet. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Season the stir-fry with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve your stir-fry over warm cooked rice and enjoy!
