Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pasta cooking water

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat until melted and well combined.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmering until slightly reduced.
  5. Toss in the cooked linguine and a splash of pasta cooking water.
  6. Stir in chopped parsley and grated parmesan until creamy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
