- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into pieces
- 3 sausages, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat.
- In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning, sliced lemon, quartered onion, and smashed garlic.
- Add the halved baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until they start to soften.
- Next, add the corn pieces and sausage slices. Allow them to cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp to the pot and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the mixture and transfer everything onto the preheated Blackstone griddle.
- Season generously with salt and pepper, and toss everything on the griddle for a couple of minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
