Description

A vibrant and flavorful dish perfectly balancing rich salmon with zingy lime and sweet heat from hot honey, complemented by asparagus.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet, leaving space for the asparagus, and spread the trimmed asparagus around them.
  3. Mix the hot honey, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the salmon and asparagus, then bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, let it cool for a minute, and serve immediately with lime wedges.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain texture.
