Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the honey mustard mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for best results. Can substitute maple syrup for honey or add sriracha for heat.
