- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the honey mustard mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for best results. Can substitute maple syrup for honey or add sriracha for heat.
