- 4 Salmon fillets
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Mix together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Optionally, broil for the last few minutes for a crispy finish.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve over steamed rice or quinoa, and with a side of sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
