Description

A mouthwatering salmon dish with a rich soy sauce, sweet honey, and aromatic garlic glaze, perfect for impressing guests or a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Optionally, broil for the last few minutes for a crispy finish.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve over steamed rice or quinoa, and with a side of sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
