- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1/2 cup dried rose petals (for topping, optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the rose water and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios gently until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly. Top with dried rose petals if desired. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until set. Cut into squares and serve.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months with parchment paper between squares.
