Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced pears, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
