  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sliced pears, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the oats are cooked through and the pears are tender.
