- 2 cups fresh cherries
- 1 cup goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Halve and pit the cherries, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.
- Roast the cherries for 10-15 minutes until they are soft and caramelized.
- While the cherries are roasting, slice the baguette and toast the slices until golden brown. Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice, top with the roasted cherries, and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Serve immediately and enjoy!
