- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
- 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow or penne)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, chopped bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are mixed.
- Gently fold in the cooked pasta until well mixed, then pour into a greased baking dish. Top with pepperoni slices if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra cheesiness, sprinkle additional mozzarella on top before finishing the bake. You can customize with different vegetables or pasta.
