Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the flour, salt, and chopped pistachios, and mix until the dough forms.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and slice into rounds.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
