- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup coconut water or lemonade
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks and coconut water or lemonade. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate blender, combine the frozen strawberries and the same coconut water or lemonade. Blend until smooth.
- To serve, grab your glasses and layer the pineapple mixture and strawberry mixture for a stunning swirled effect.
- If you prefer an extra chilly slushie, add ice cubes before serving and garnish with mint leaves.
