Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup fresh basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, basil pesto, and grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Add in the fresh arugula and halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together gently until well mixed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
