- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin thoroughly.
- Combine the brown sugar and flour in a mixing bowl. Stir in the melted butter and eggs until the mixture is smooth. Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Scoop the muffin mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full. Bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
