Description

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin thoroughly.
  2. Combine the brown sugar and flour in a mixing bowl. Stir in the melted butter and eggs until the mixture is smooth. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  3. Scoop the muffin mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full. Bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
