  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  4. Add the rolled oats and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing down firmly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
