Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the brown sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Add the rolled oats and mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing down firmly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
- Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
