- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped apples
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl. Fold into the wet ingredients.
- Stir in the chopped apples until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool for about ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
