  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl. Fold into the wet ingredients.
  4. Stir in the chopped apples until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Cool for about ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
