Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups frozen peach slices
- 1 bottle (750ml) chilled Moscato, Pinot Grigio, or Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (optional, based on wine sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves or fresh peach slices for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients – Ensure your white wine is well-chilled before starting. If your peaches are fresh, slice them and freeze them on a baking sheet for at least two hours before blending to get the right slushie texture.
- Step 2: Combine in the Blender – Add the 4 cups of frozen peach slices, the entire bottle of chilled wine, honey, and lemon juice into a high-powered blender. If you prefer a less alcoholic version, you can start with half the bottle and add more as you blend.
- Step 3: Blend Until Smooth – Pulse the blender a few times to break up the large fruit chunks, then blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and reaches a thick, slushie-like consistency. If it is too thick, add a splash more wine; if too thin, add a few more frozen peaches.
- Step 4: Taste and Adjust – Take a small spoonful to check the sweetness. Depending on the ripeness of the peaches and the type of wine used, you may want to add another tablespoon of honey or a squeeze of lemon juice for balance.
- Step 5: Garnish and Serve – Pour the slushie immediately into chilled wine glasses or mason jars. Garnish each glass with a fresh mint leaf or a slice of fresh peach for a professional, party-ready look.
