Ingredients

- 1 pint of your favorite ice cream
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of cinnamon sugar
- 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Scoop the ice cream into balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put them in the freezer to harden for at least 30 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, and cinnamon sugar.
