Peach Fried Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pint of your favorite ice cream
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cinnamon sugar
  • 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Scoop the ice cream into balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put them in the freezer to harden for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, and cinnamon sugar.
