Description
A refreshing blend of peach cobbler flavors in a creamy slushie, perfect for warm days and gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Crushed ice (optional)
- Graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by gathering all of your ingredients. It’s helpful to have everything measured out and ready to go for a smoother blending process.
- In a blender, combine the frozen peaches, vanilla ice cream, milk, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you’d like a thicker texture, add crushed ice and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the slushie into glasses. You can choose to add more or less milk depending on your preferred thickness.
- Top each glass with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs for added crunch and visual appeal. Serve immediately while it’s icy cold for the best experience.
Notes
For a lactose-free version, substitute vanilla ice cream with coconut or almond milk ice cream. Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar based on your taste preferences.
