Description

A delightful and simple dessert featuring layers of tender peaches and a buttery cake crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of sliced peaches in syrup
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour the sliced peaches along with their syrup into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the peaches.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
  6. Gently pour water evenly over all the ingredients.
  7. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  8. Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally topped with ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
