- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and set up your workspace.
- Combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat it with the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer until slightly thickened.
- Serve the baked chicken drizzled with garlic sauce and your favorite veggies.
