Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and set up your workspace.
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat it with the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer until slightly thickened.
  7. Serve the baked chicken drizzled with garlic sauce and your favorite veggies.
