- 1 ripe papaya, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine the chopped papaya, banana, yogurt or coconut milk, lime juice, and honey in a blender.
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness with more honey if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana or add more yogurt. Can be garnished with granola or fresh fruit.
