Description

A refreshing and nutritious papaya smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe papaya, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped papaya, banana, yogurt or coconut milk, lime juice, and honey in a blender.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness with more honey if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana or add more yogurt. Can be garnished with granola or fresh fruit.
