- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the sliced apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter until well coated.
- Combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, and chopped nuts in another bowl, stirring until mixed.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and oats are golden brown.
- Let the snack cool slightly before serving, warm or cooled completely for a portable snack.
