Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the zucchini into fry-shaped sticks.
- Combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Dip each zucchini stick into the olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the zucchini fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
