  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.

  5. Add the rice, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
