Ingredients

- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup sour cherry preserves
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in another bowl.
- Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
- Swirl in the sour cherry preserves and add the dark chocolate chunks.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Scoop and serve, garnishing as desired.
Notes
