Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup sour cherry preserves
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in another bowl.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
  4. Swirl in the sour cherry preserves and add the dark chocolate chunks.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. Scoop and serve, garnishing as desired.
