Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of jars to form a solid crust.
  3. In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until well combined and fluffy.
  6. Spoon the filling over the crust in the jars, ensuring an even distribution.
  7. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Garnish with additional lime zest or whipped cream if desired for an extra touch of elegance.

Notes
