Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until nicely combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed cookies gently.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are set but still soft.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
