- 1 cup almond flour

- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed cookies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix the almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until nicely combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed cookies gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are set but still soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
