- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the ripe bananas and place them in a blender.
- Add almond milk, almond butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, process the mixture in the Ninja Creami until it reaches a creamy consistency. If desired, fold in chopped walnuts before serving.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your banana nut bread flavored ice cream!
Notes
To store leftovers, place in an airtight container and freeze for up to one week. Allow it to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before processing to restore creaminess.
