- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the Ninja Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- Toss the potato wedges in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the wedges once golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispy wedges, soak the potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking. Avoid overcrowding the basket.
