- 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to create a non-stick surface for your bark.
- Blend the pitted dates in a food processor until a sticky paste forms.
- Add the nuts to the food processor and blend until roughly chopped.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and coconut flakes (if using) until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the parchment paper and press down evenly, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
